- Assistant Restaurant Manager - Salary based on experience, working directly with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef running the restaurant day to day.
- Head Waiter/Waitress - paid by hour, based on experience. Experience to control a busy section very important.
- Chef de Partie - Salary based on experience. Running a section, with knowledge of French cuisine and seasonal ingredients
- Commis Chef - Salary based on experience. Training on all sections, learning the French classics from Michelin trained Head Chef.
